"Get ready to build real robots from the inside out! In this fun and educational 6-week course, kids will learn the fundamentals of robotics by working with actual components—DC motors, switches, batteries, mainboards, wired controllers, and infrared sensors—to create and control their own robotic projects.
Designed for curious minds and hands-on learners, this course introduces the electrical and mechanical systems that make robots move, sense, and respond. Each week, students will explore a new concept while building and experimenting with real hardware—no previous experience needed!
Students will:
Learn how DC motors power movement
Wire switches and batteries to control basic circuits
Connect mainboards and explore how they ""think""
Use IR sensors to detect and respond to input
Build and test robots with wired controllers
Gain confidence in basic electronics and robotics systems
With lots of building, testing, and real-world problem solving, this course is the perfect first step for young tech-makers ready to start their robotics journey.
Come build with us—and watch your child power up their creativity, confidence, and STEM skills!
