Get ready for some Robo-Ruckus!
This electrifying Intro to Robotics class, designed for kids ages 8-13, is where the fun of building meets the thrill of robots! We'll unleash some serious Robo-Ruckus as we dive into the world of building a different bot each week.
Through hands-on activities, you'll become a RoboThinker, learning about the key components that make robots tick:
Switches: Get ready to control the ruckus! Using switches, you'll be able to add additional motors (aka spinning 'weapons') to the front of your robots.
DC Motors: We'll crank up the Robo-Ruckus with these tiny motors that make robots move and create a symphony of motion!
Mainboards: This is the brain of the robot, the command center for all the Robo-Ruckus!
IR Sensors: These sensors give robots a sixth sense, allowing them to 'see', adding a touch of magic to the ruckus!
By the end of this action-packed class, you'll have built 5 different robots, putting your newfound knowledge into action and creating some serious Robo-Ruckus! This class is the perfect introduction to exciting STEM concepts – get ready to build, customize, and have a blast!
