Nashville - Intro to Robotics - Grades 3-5 @ Adventure Science Center

• August: In our first lesson, we'll teach students to build a moving robot

utilizing dc motors and switches.

• September: We'll be introducing the mainboard and guiding students in

building battle robots for smash 'em up fun!

• October: Students will learn how to add a 3rd dc motor to any robot to

create a spinning drill on the front of their robots.

• November: Join us to build a bot that utilizes IR sensors to "know" when to

move.

• January: We'll be teaching students how to utilize special gears to create

a bot that shoots rubber bands.

• February: Learn the basics of coding while building a robot to dance while

also controlling the 'stage' lights and music.

• March: Learn how to utilize machine learning while building a grabber bot

that follows hand gestures.

• April: This month's class will bring it all together and provide the

opportunity to build a robot that transforms from a person to a car.
